As the school grew in Latin America, I took a position as Creative Lead, becoming responsible for unlocking creativity in our in company solutions and open courses. After overcoming the fear of public speaking, I also became one of the spokespersons for big events and large audiences.
My role can differ completely depending on the client and the challenge in front of us.
Often my sessions are based on ideation + hands on prototyping: in a short period of time the participants go through different group dynamics and together we: create> prototype > launch a project from scratch.

The goal is to collect real insights with scarce resources in order to get quick results and accelerate the learning curve of a project. During the years I had the opportunity to work with big companies from a wide range of sectors, such as Coca-Cola, Uber, Nestlé, Google, Bayer, among many others.

Before taking the role of Creative Lead for Hyper Island LATAM, I was, for two years, a student in our Digital Media program in Stockholm, here are my key takeaways:
